Hey Classmates. What a wonderful weekend we had! The committee members have had so many positive comments made and many have said it inspired them to do a better job of keeping in touch with each other.
Our weekend though was not without risks and we have had reports of people testing positive with Covid. I just wanted to make everyone aware and suggest that if you are having any symptoms, it would be prudent to contact your doctor, be tested and learn of options. There are medications now that your doctor can recommend. I hope everyone will take care and be well.

It was so fun to be together this weekend for those who could make it!! We had a great class and a great group of people!! There will be more to come on the website especially as Cheryl puts up pictures. She also has a website at www.cherylfleming.net.

Hello everyone, I just had a phone call from Jerald Snow. Some of you may not be aware that Jerald is fighting some health problems. Unfortunately he is now at VA Hospital in Salisbury, NC, building 2, room 3116. Jerald is scheduled to have a foot amputated tomorrow or Thursday. He is very disappointed that he can't attend reunion. If anyone would like to, I am sure he would love hearing from you through cards or phone calls. Unfortunately his vision is also very compromised and he cant see to read. But he can sure talk! If you need a number I am happy to pass that along. Please keep Jerald in thoughts and prayers. Thanks!

Hello clasmates. You may recall that I blew up my senior year by getting pregnant. Not cool in 1970. But, dispite Mr Hiott's best efforts to destroy my life, David and I have just celebrated 52 years of a great marriage. I have been richly blessed these many years.
However all good things must come to an end...in 2015 I was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (scarring of my lung tissue).This week my scan results show I am in the end-stage of this disease, with about 12 months of life remaining. I am unable to attend the reunion, but will wish all of you the best. Make the best of every day because they all matter. Prayers for my family are appreciated. God Bless, life is good!
